What is accessibility?
Accessibility is the quality of being able to be reached, entered, obtained, used or understood. The university is committed to the Cardinal Principles of Respect and Diversity by providing a positive working and learning environment for all. UofL is committed to a community of respect and equitable treatment. The University of Louisville is committed to compliance with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (ADA Amendments Act), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (1973). To that end, UofL does not discriminate on the basis of disability in any of its programs, activities, services, or employment.
